Not even celebrities are impervious to extreme quarantine hair makeovers.
Dwyane Wade and 12-year-old daughter Zaya took to TikTok to show off their latest color-coordinated ‘dos, with the 38-year-old NBA legend sporting bright red hair and his mini-me rocking a more pastel pink hue.
Users applauded the former Miami Heat point guard for being a willing participant in the father-daughter makeover.
“Father of the year,” one wrote.
“Beautiful daughter/father relationship,” said another.
Wade and wife Gabrielle Union have frequently been lauded for their parenting style in the wake of Zaya coming out as transgender earlier this year.
Both celebrity parents have been outspoken about their support for their “compassionate” and “whip-smart” daughter, who they say is quickly shaping up to be one of the premier “young faces and voices for the LGBTQ+ community.”
The entire family has certainly kept active on social media amid global quarantine, particularly Dwyane Wade, who is now sporting his third hair color in just a matter of days.
Wade first debuted his (likely) Dennis Rodman-inspired red dye job on Instagram on May 24, writing, “When they think they know you– Switch it up! #Free #RedHairDontCare.”
Rodman, who was known to switch up his hair color during his time in the NBA, publically approved of the look, commenting “Nice. Hair. Brother.” on Wade’s TikTok.
