Learn how to make Disney's ooey-gooey grilled cheese at home
Good news, Disney lovers: If your next trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is days, months or even years away, you can easily recreate some of the magic right at home.
We found literally the only tool you need to make delicious grilled food in the safety of your own home this summer.
Using the Disney grilled cheese recipe published on the Disney Parks blog, all you need is a few basic ingredients to make Disney’s famous grilled cheese in your kitchen.
To follow the Disney copycat recipe, you’ll need:
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. heavy cream
Salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
8 slices artisan bread
8 slices cheddar cheese
8 slices provolone cheese
The recipe is actually pretty simple. To make things even easier, you can follow along with TikTok user lifewithmarq as he makes the recipe one step at a time.

In a food processor, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, heavy cream, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Then, in another bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic and 1/2 tsp. salt.
Now that both your mixtures are ready, place all of your bread slices on the counter and put 2 slices of cheddar cheese on 4 of the slices and 2 slices of provolone cheese on the remaining 4 slices. Spoon the cream cheese spread on top of the provolone slices, close the sandwich up and spread the garlic mixture on both sides of the sandwich.
Finally, heat a large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes and cook the sandwich on both sides for 2 minutes each. After a few minutes, your sandwich should be ready to go!
