Shelby American has revealed its latest F-150 pickup tuned for ultimate on-road performance, dubbed the F-150 Super Snake. Based on the latest version of Ford's ever-popular pickup, it uses a 5.0-liter supercharged V-8 that now makes 775 horsepower, paired to a new suspension setup and a unique aero package. In its lightest AWD configuration, the 2021 F-150 Super Snake can sprint to 60 mph in under four seconds.

The 2021 F-150 Super Snake gets its own Shelby-developed bodykit, which includes new bumpers and a set of massive 22-inch wheels. There are specific stripes, badges, and interior trim pieces to differentiate it from the normal truck, as well as a new Borla exhaust and better brakes.

Buyers will be able to option the 2021 F-150 Super Snake in several configurations, with both two- and four-door versions available. In addition to the $98,690 supercharged variant, buyers can also choose to keep their truck naturally aspirated, knocking nearly $8000 off the base price.

“Though the roots of the Shelby F-150 Super Snake trucks trace back to the famous Shelby muscle cars of the Sixties, they’re capable of far more than just straight-line performance,” VP of operations Vince LaViolette said in a statement. “These fast trucks also handle and stop exceptionally well. The rumble and whine of the supercharged engine is a symphony of aural mechanical beauty. The styling is strong and handsome without being obnoxious. This is the purest incarnation of a 1960s muscle car in pickup form.”

Shelby says it plans to build just 300 each of the two- and four-door models, with availably through select Ford dealers across North America. If you want one of your own, we suggest placing your order quickly—there's no way this truck will be around for long.
