2022 Ohio Senate election results: J.D. Vance and Tim Ryan in hotly contested race

The highly competitive Ohio Senate race between J.D. Vance and U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan comes to an end today.

Vance, a Republican who rose to fame for writing "Hillbilly Elegy" and Ryan, a Democrat who has served in Congress for 20 years, are vying to replace Sen. Rob Portman, who is retiring.
