Under state law, the increase in the levy of the County of Portage for the tax to be imposed for the next fiscal year, 2023, is limited to 1.894%, which results in a levy of $29,738,344. Shall the County of Portage be allowed to exceed this limit and increase the levy for the next fiscal year, 2023, for the purpose of paying a portion of the cost to operate the Portage County Health Care Center, including costs associated with the construction of a new Portage County Health Care Center facility, by a total of 15.132% which results in a levy of $34,238,344, and include the increase of $4,500,000 for fiscal years 2024 through 2042?

Shall the School District of the Tomorrow River, Portage County, Wisconsin be authorized to issue pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Wisconsin Statutes, general obligation bonds in the amount not to exceed $21,300,000 for the public purpose of paying the cost of a district-wide school facility improvement project consisting of: construction of additions to the school building for science, technology, art, general, agricultural science and technical education classrooms, and administrative and support spaces; renovations to update existing spaces; safety, security and site improvements; building systems and infrastructure replacements and upgrades; and acquisition of related furnishings, fixtures and equipment?

Shall the School District of the Tomorrow River, Portage County, Wisconsin be authorized to issue pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Wisconsin Statutes, general obligation bonds in the amount not to exceed $4,400,000 for the public purpose of paying the cost of a district-wide school facility improvement project consisting of: renovations to the school building to update middle school classrooms, family and consumer science, and library spaces; building systems and infrastructure replacements and upgrades pertaining to the listed areas; and acquisition of related furnishings, fixtures and equipment?
