Here are the 2022 winners of the 53rd AJC Peachtree Road Race

Thousands braved the heat and humidity to take part in the 53rd Annual AJC Peachtree Road Race.

The race took runners more than six miles down Peachtree from Lenox Road to 10th Street.

Here are the results by division:

  • Elite Men: Rhonex Kipruto, 22-year-old from Atlanta. He finished in 27:26.

  • Elite Women: Senbere Terefi, 27-year-old from West Chester, Penn. She finished in 30:49.

  • Wheelchair men: Daniel Romanchuk, 23-year-old from Champaign, Illinois. He finished in 18:38.

  • Wheelchair women: Susannah Scaroni, 30-year-old from Urbana, Illinois. She finished in 21:14.
