From Billboard's charts to the stage of the Grand Ole Opry -- and all spaces in between -- the talent announcement for the Ram Trucks side stage at Apr. 2's 2023 CMT Music Awards highlights a solid cross-section of Music City's breakout country talent.

Avery Anna, Chapel Hart, Jackson Dean, Lily Rose, Megan Moroney and Nate Smith will appear live from Austin, Texas' Moody Center from 8-11 p.m., ET/PT on CBS and streaming live and on-demand on Paramount+.

Jackson Dean practices with his band during sound check at the Basement East in Nashville, Tenn., Thursday, Jan. 19, 2023.

"It's all so crazy right now. I can't believe all of this is happening. It's surreal -- people know my songs sometimes before I start singing them. My fans are invested in my success. Someone pinch me," Moroney told The Tennessean in a recent feature.

Aside from performing her hit song “Tennessee Orange," Moroney is twice nominated for the 2023 CMT Music Awards -- for “Breakthrough Female Video of the Year” and “CMT Digital First Performance of the Year."

"Expanding the reach of the joy and love our music brings is necessary. I'll never get tired of seeing the process of winning over greater numbers of fans in larger groups keep happening," says Chapel Hart's Devynn Hart to The Tennessean.

Just as they have in multiple Grand Ole Opry appearances stemming from their success on “America’s Got Talent," the trio will sing “You Can Have Him Jolene.”

In previous years, the Ram Trucks Side Stage has featured BRELAND, Brothers Osborne, Carly Pearce, Dan + Shay, Jimmie Allen, Kelsea Ballerini, Maren Morris, Mickey Guyton, Parker McCollum and Thomas Rhett, among many others.

This year, alongside Chapel Hart and Moroney's showcases, Ram Trucks stage performers doubling as 2023 CMT Music Award nominees Anna, Dean and Smith will respectively perform their hit singles "Narcissist," "Don't Come Lookin'" and "Whiskey On You."

Also, GLAAD Media Award winner Rose will perform a new single, “Whatcha Know About That."

Lainey Wilson leads the field at the 2023 CMT Music Awards with four nominations, including "Video of the Year," "Female Video of the Year," "Collaborative Video of the Year" and "CMT Performance of the Year" for the fan-voted awards program hosted by 2023 nominees Kane Brown and Kelsea Ballerini.
