2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship Series schedule

The Roar before the Rolex 24 this weekend kicked off the 2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season with three days full of practice and qualifying sessions at Daytona International Speedway.

All of that leads to this weekend's Rolex 24 at Daytona, marking the official, points-paying season starter.

The schedule, featuring 11 dates and ending in October with he Motul Petit LeMans at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, features stops at some of North America’s most famous race tracks including Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Watkins Glen International and Laguna Seca.

Here is a look at the 2023 season schedule:

  • Jan. 26-29 — Rolex 24 at Daytona, Daytona International Speedway

  • March 15-18 — Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring, Sebring International Raceway

  • April 14-15 — Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach, Long Beach Street Course

  • May 12-14 — Motul Course De Monterey, WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca

  • June 22-25 — Sahlen’s Six Hours at the Glen, Watkins Glen International

  • July 7-9 — Chevrolet Grand Prix, Canadian Tire Motorsport Park

  • July 21-22 — FCP Euro Northeast Grand Prix, Lime Rock Park

  • Aug. 3-6 — IMSA SportsCar Weekend, Road America

  • Aug. 25-27 — Michelin GT Challenge at VIR, VIRginia International Speedway

  • Sept. 15-17 — IMSA Battle on the Bricks, Indianapolis Motor Speedway

  • Oct. 11-14 — Motul Petit Le Mans, Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta
