Triple C Stable offers new services and programs

SOUTH BERWICK, Maine — Horses are Cathy Murphy’s passion and thanks to innovative planning, she has found numerous ways to share this passion with others. New Services at Help to Grow Institute

ROCHESTER — Karolina LaBrecque, owner and founder of the Help to Grow Institute 83 Ten Rod Road in Rochester, N.H. is all about transformation—and not just for her clients. LaBrecque has transformed her own life several times and now she offers others the chance to transform theirs by studying at the How to Grow Institute.

LaBrecque’s coaching approach is different from many in that she looks at the whole patient. When people come seeking life direction, she first looks at what obstacles might be hindering them, and then assesses whether those are mental, physical, emotional or lifestyle related. As a trained psychologist and physical therapist, she is uniquely equipped to guide others in finding their best life path.

The Help to Grow Institute has seen tremendous growth since LaBrecque started it in 2010. While LaBrecque continues to see clients, she knows she cannot personally serve all of those who want her type of coaching model, so she is now offering a specialized training program for those interested in her coaching methods.

“This is not a course that you take for a few weeks, come away with a certificate and are ready to go,” she says. “This is an immersive, in-depth program that students will embark on for 12 months. During that time, they will be taught how to fully evaluate patients and develop a customized program for them. They will also receive a business model to build on. They will gain college-level knowledge of the mind/body connection and learn coaching skills. As they progress, they will start working with clients while under supervision. This way, they gradually gain practical experience. Throughout, we will teach them how to develop and operate a business. When they have completed the training, they will be ready to successfully launch their own practices. They will have gained knowledge, experience and a client base.”

LaBrecque knows about starting over. A native of Poland, she grew up in both Poland and the United States. She received her PhD from the University of Warsaw and had a successful therapy practice there and in Europe, where she used all of her skills. After marrying an American and deciding to stay in the States, she learned that her degrees were not recognized here and she had to rethink her career. Coaching allows her to fully use her skills and thus the Help to Grow Institute was born.

To learn more about the Institute, or sign up for the life coaching course, please call (978) 995-5152 or visit the website at www.helptogrowinstitute.com.
