When we’re looking for something hearty and comforting for dinner, one of our favorite classic combinations is steak and potatoes. We can all agree—Crispy, crunchy, creamy potatoes go perfectly with any well-cooked cut of steak, from rib-eye to filet mignon, and are perfect for making weeknights feel extra special. But what about when you’re looking to make your meal extra special (like for Valentine’s, maybe?)?
