The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office says Moore, 25, was attending a house party off 112 Street in Parkland, Washington.
Deputies responded to the house around 6 p.m. Saturday and found Moore with a gunshot wound. He died at the scene.
Deputies said they believe someone else at the party is responsible for Moore’s death.
KIRO 7 News spoke with neighbors who heard gunshots in the area.
“We were having a barbecue, then we heard like three or four (shots), which we thought were fireworks. Then, all the cops came,” said Sandra Kinney, a Parkland resident.
