Walker: Independence - April 1

Set in the late 1800s, this origin story follows Abby Walker, an affluent Bostonian whose husband is murdered before her eyes while on their journey out West, as she crosses paths with Hoyt Rawlins, a lovable rogue in search of purpose. Their journey takes them to Independence, Texas, a small town with a big future.

El Houb - April 4

El Houb is inspired by main actor Fahd Larhzaoui’s personal experiences with coming out to his family. El Houb (meaning ‘the love’) focuses on the silent culture the director has observed in Arabic families – not only about homosexuality but cultural taboos in general. With a powerful filmic language, the film tells about messages between the lines and things not said.

Hunt Club — April 4

She soon finds other women who are there for the cash have been tied up, only to be released as the hunted. When Xavier inadvertently kills a convenience store clerk, they are forced to go on the run, traversing a bizarre and ultra-violent America. Somehow, every random thug, drive-thru operator, and neo-Nazi they encounter seem to recognize Amy as a past fling or alter ego, adding to the already explosive sexual tension brimming among the renegade trio.
