28 ways to celebrate Kentucky Derby Day in the Tampa Bay area

If you’re a fan of the Kentucky Derby, but going to Churchill Downs in person is out of the question, here are 28 ways to locally celebrate the 149th Kentucky Derby, also known as the “greatest two minutes in sports.”
