Two men and a juvenile were arrested in Stockton on Thursday in connection to a February shooting that left an 18-year-old man dead, police said.

Elias Ripoyla, 21, and Ivan Tongco, 19, were arrested and booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on May 12 on suspicion of felony murder, firing a gun into an occupied vehicle and other enhancements. Additionally, Tongco was arrested on suspicion of possession of an unregistered firearm and carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle.

The two were denied bail and remain in custody.

The 17 year old was detained and taken into the San Joaquin County Juvenile Hall.

Police responded on at 11:49 p.m. Feb. 11 to reports of a person shot at Michael Faklis Park in the 5200 block of Cosumnes Drive, police said. Officers found a male inside a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds and first responders declared the victim deceased at the scene, according to police.

A motive for the shooting has not been released.

Both Ripoyla and Tongco are scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
