3 children die after rowhome fire

Three children died early Saturday after a fire at a rowhome in west Baltimore. Fire officials said firefighters were called shortly after 2:30 a.m. to the 3000 block of Brighton Street, where they rescued three children and two adults. Assistant Fire Chief Roman Clark told 11 News that four people were trapped on the second floor. Crews immediately went into a rescue operation and found a woman and three children. All were taken to a hospital in critical condition. All three children died from their injuries, and the woman remains in critical condition.
