The commonwealth of Kentucky is going bowling!

With announcements made by the College Football Playoff committee on Sunday, Kentucky has three teams heading to bowl games in December.

The Louisville Cardinals (6-6) are headed to the First Responders Bowl where they'll face Air Force on Dec. 2, the Kentucky Wildcats (9-3) will face Iowa in the Citrus Bowl on Jan. 1, and the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers (8-5) will take on Appalachian State in the Boca Raton Bowl on Dec. 18.

As fans of the three schools learned their respective teams' fate, they took to Twitter voice their excitement — and for some, disappointment — about where their teams landed.
