Here are 3 last-minute Valentine’s Day events to attend on Hilton Head

Are you and your other half spending Valentine’s Day on Hilton Head Island this year?

If you are looking for activities to do, there are plenty of ways to celebrate whether you are spending the day with friends or a loved one.

Here are three ways to spend the festive holiday on Hilton Head Island.

Valentine’s Day Sweetheart Cruise

Hop aboard Salty Dog’s Sweetheart Cruise on Valentine’s Day around Calibogue Sound for this two-hour event. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a complimentary crudite platter with assorted cheeses, chips, dips and vegetables. At sunset, there will be Tema’s famed chocolate-covered strawberries and a champagne toast.

The $55 to attend per person event will include a full bar and galley onboard, which will be open to purchase food, drink and libations. All passengers must be aged 21 and over. The cruise will depart at 4:30 p.m.

Wine & Design

Whether sharing a date or enjoying a Galentine’s evening out, guests may attend a two-hour painting session of the famed painting The Kiss at 6:30 p.m. Attendees may bring their own wine and snacks to the event. Tickets are $37 per ticket and online registration is required.

Love Stinks, Let’s Drink!

For those spending the day without a partner, Brother Shucker’s on the south end of the island is hosting a Love Stinks, Let’s Drink! event for local singles beginning at 8 p.m. The “anti-romance” event will feature live music starting at 8:30 p.m.

For those in need of other plans, guests may attend the festivities early for an extended happy hour from 3:30 until 6:30 for when oysters are only a dollar. Throughout the evening, the kitchen will be open until midnight.
