School district officials say the cheer teams from Madera High, Madera South, and Matilda Torres High School will compete against over 500 high schools from across the U.S. on Feb. 16.

District officials say to support this unprecedented achievement, the cheer teams, coaches, and advisors are organizing a combined cheer fundraiser on Feb. 12 at 5:30 p.m. at Matilda High School’s gymnasium. Madera High School is located at 16645 Rd 26, Madera, CA, 93638.

Tickets can be purchased at the door from any cheerleader for $7, admission to the event includes a drink and a dessert.
