3 released from hospital after fire, possible home explosion in Baltimore
Baltimore City fire crews are investigating a fire and possible explosion involving at least five townhomes in northwest Baltimore late Sunday night. Firefighters from across the city responded to a three-alarm fire just after 10 p.m. Sunday at Lanier and Virginia avenues. Residents and others who live in nearby communities reported being rattled by a loud noise. Residents described hearing a loud boom, more than once, and said they're hesitant to go back home.
