'Ocean of Notes' concert in Riviera Beach

No matter what type of music you listen to daily — rock, hip-hop, electronic, polka — there’s something magical about the simple, sophisticated combination of guitars and violins. This Friday night, the Taras Oceanographic Foundation will present an “Ocean of Notes” concert featuring violinist Mark Russell and guitarists Tony McManus and Slava Tolstoy. The show seeks to bring music lovers together with those who support ocean conservation for an entertaining and educational experience on World Oceans Day (which is today!).

“Ocean of Notes” Concert: 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday. Riviera Beach Marina Event Center, 190 E. 13th St., Riviera Beach. Info: 561-881-7438 or taras.org.
