New work on display at Arts Warehouse
Ready to see new works by local artists this weekend? Visit Arts Warehouse in downtown Delray Beach to see “Traces,” an exhibition featuring pieces where artists are leaving their "mark" or an indication of their presence within their work. The show includes work by Dominique Denis, Isabel Gouveia, Renee Phillips, Jennifer D. Printz and Hayley Sheldon. Go out and see it!

Shark Preservation Week at Cox Science Center and Aquarium

You can pay a visit to the Cox Science Center and Aquarium for its final two days of Shark Preservation Week, of course! The center is working in partnership with the American Shark Conservancy this week to produce loads of activities, labs, tank presentations, and more in celebration of these incredible predators. Classic ballet on display in Boca Raton
Seventy years before its Disneyfication, “The Sleeping Beauty” was adapted as a ballet composed by Peter Tchaikovsky in 1889, and is the second of his three ballets (the other two are “The Nutcracker” and “Swan Lake”). Boca Ballet Theatre dusts off this tale of Princess Aurora and her Prince Désiré with great panache and expert staging by the company’s co-artistic director, Dan Guin. Enjoy the show!
