  2. Two suspects are in custody following an early morning chase on Tuesday. Oklahoma City officers say the chase occurred after the driver of the vehicle refused to stop after being asked to pull over near Southwest 42nd Street, leading police on a chase before hitting stop sticks near 39th Street and Portland Avenue.
