30 Browns draft prospects in 30 days: Marvin Mims, WR, Oklahoma

The Cleveland Browns made a big move on offense when they traded with the New York Jets for Elijah Moore. The team that struggled to get vertical also added veteran Marquise Goodwin. But if they want more dynamic playmaking from a slot player that can get vertical then a deep look at Oklahoma wide receiver Marvin Mims is warranted in the 2023 NFL Draft.

Mims has such consistent hands and catches everything thrown his way it seems at times. He has the elite-level speed to stretch the field with 4.38 speed from his 40-yard dash at the combine. Though a smaller player he has an impressive catch radius and can climb the ladder in contested catch chances.

A reliable route runner with good body control and the speed and quickness to make people miss in the open field. If the Browns want to have a deep wide receiver room full of playmakers they should target Mims if he falls to them in the draft.
