North Carolina is home to a lot of unique attractions and many enjoyable experiences are free.

Stacker compiled a list of the 30 most highly rated free activities in North Carolina from the travel website TripAdvisor, which factors in the average rating and number of reviews.

In Charlotte, the Billy Graham Library was third on the list for its religious exhibits, films and memorabilia. Freedom Park was also ranked in the top 25 popular spots to visit.
