Thousands of dollars have been spent to cap the columns at Quaker Stadium and place numerous signs that alert people that they're at Quaker Stadium. But we still don't have a track cleaned off of snow so that the residents can use the track in the winter to safely walk.

I thought New Philadelphia was going to start ticketing parked vehicles. I have one on my side street off of Union Avenue that has been there for a couple of months and, of course, now snowed in. Let's get moving.

The Constitution of the United States, our wonderful governing document, was founded upon the principle of a representative republic, thus the words "we the people" in its opening paragraph, which representative republic is of, by and for the people, not of, by and for the government. Our Constitution grants all legal citizens of this great country the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, of which we should all be ever so grateful. The Democrats say democracy dies in darkness, but yet our wonderful republic is dying in the light of day, right under our noses, due to the policies and the one-size-fits-all socialist mentality put forth by the Democrats, supported by our leftist media and educational system.

The question remains, ask not what you can do for yourself, do it for others. Wear a mask, save a life.
