30 Seconds to Mars will be heading out on a world tour in 2024, and frontman Jared Leto announced the news in a surprising way — by climbing the Empire State Building.

In a statement, Leto said of the stunt: “The building is a testament of all the things that can be done in the world if we put our minds to it, which is largely the inspiration behind our most recent album, It’s The End Of The World But It’s A Beautiful Day."

The band —which now consists of Leto and his brother Shannon Leto, who plays drums — will kick off their tour in March 2024 and they will be on the road until September.

Here is everything that fans need to know.
