SpaceX launched Starlink satellites from Cape Canaveral after delays amid wind, rain

Another SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket illuminated the darkened Space Coast skies early Thursday morning as a Starlink mission delivered 22 satellites into low-Earth orbit.

SpaceX's Starlink 6-21 mission took flight at 1:36 a.m. EDT from Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

Amazon's first satellite mission launched Friday on a ULA Atlas V rocket

For only the third time this year, United Launch Alliance sent a rocket to space from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida on Friday afternoon — this time on a mission to support Amazon's planned satellite internet constellation.

At 2:06 p.m. EDT, a powerful 196-foot Atlas V rocket roared away from Launch Complex 41 to carry the prototype KuiperSat-1 and KuiperSat-2 satellites to orbit for Amazon, marking the 54th launch from Florida's Space Coast this year.

Scrub! SpaceX Falcon 9 launch canceled late Sunday at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station

SpaceX crews scrubbed the countdown of tonight's Starlink 6-22 mission just 23 seconds before the Falcon 9 rocket was scheduled to lift off from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, citing upper-level winds. Target launch time is now 8:42 p.m. EDT Monday.
