This mini dress number that Carrie Underwood just shared on social media is making us second guess our thoughts on an all denim look.

The "Ghost Story" singer has been killing it on the red carpet. Between her stunning Grammy performance, hitting the red carpet in a gown fit for a Disney princess and a sparkling mini dress that had everyone's attention, we're starting to think the country singer should add "fashion icon" to her resume (right above "Most Decorated Artist in CMT History").

Carrie reposted a behind-the-scenes look of an interview with CMT ahead of the award show and fans are loving her look.

The American Idol alum was all smiles in an adorable acid wash denim mini dress complete with sparkling trim because it just wouldn't be a Carrie Underwood outfit without a little glitz and glam.

Of course, fans were quick to run to the comment section to leave Carrie 5-star reviews on her outfit. "Love the dress" and "You look so natural and pretty ❤️," wrote fans. One person also wrote, "Love the dress! Jojo couldn’t get enough of the video CMT shared of you dancing." Naturally, we HAD to see the video she was referring to and let's just say it didn't disappoint.

In between takes, Carrie passed the time by showing off a few moves and we all owe CMT a big "thank you" for capturing this adorable moment.

  • "She’s got moves 👑"

  • "She’s so cute 😂🤍 Can’t wait to see her performance at the CMT Awards!"

  • "Oh my gosh that dress! LOVE 🤩"

One fan even mentioned that even though there's no music, Carrie's probably listening to "Denim & Rhinestones" in her head and that's when it clicked! She's rocking a denim and rhinestones mini dress just like her upcoming album Denim & Rhinestones! The 12-track record is set to be released June 10, 2022. After recently releasing the title track, we know we'll definitely have it on repeat in our heads!
