4 Houston-area men accused of robbing Cedar Park bank customer arrested, police say
Four Houston-area men accused of robbing a man after he left a Cedar Park bank on Wednesday morning have been arrested, police said.
John Carter, Roderick Glenn, Shawn Johnson and Rodney Wilson were all charged with engaging in organized crime with robbery, according to a Cedar Park police news release. The crime is a first-degree felony with punishment ranging from five to 99 years in prison.
"In working with surrounding agencies, it appears these suspects may also be responsible for several juggings/robberies in the Austin area as well," the release said.
Jugging is a crime that happens when a robber waits at a bank, check-cashing store or ATM for someone to withdraw cash and then follows the customer to another location and robs them.

It said the victim had just come from the bank when someone attacked him, took his money and drove away. Investigators were able to determine that two vehicles and multiple people were involved, the release said.
