4 pounds of meth, guns seized after robbery in Fairfax County, police say

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — The Fairfax County Police Department charged two people in connection to a December robbery that led to the seizure of multiple firearms and a few pounds of methamphetamine.

Police said on Dec. 19 that at about 3:45 a.m., they responded to a robbery at the Residence Inn at 8400 Old Courthouse Rd. in the Vienna area. Officers said the suspects, 33-year-old Michael Christopher Bond of Maryland and 26-year-old Ann Sue Hyun Lee of Sterling pulled out a gun and pistol whipped the victim before stealing money.

Police executed a search warrant at a home in Prince George’s County, Maryland and recovered 13 guns and four pounds of suspected methamphetamine. Three of the guns were reported stolen.

Police said Bond faces charges of Robbery and Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony.

The Fairfax County Police Department said the charges against Lee include Robbery, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony, and a number of drug charges.
