I-40 west ramp reopens after overturned semi-truck stops traffic

Interstate 40 westbound was closed for more than four hours early Tuesday morning after an overturned vehicle stopped all lanes of traffic.

The crash happened around 1:30 a.m. at the I-65/I-40 split. The Tennessee Department of Transportation camera feed showed that a semi-truck had overturned on the I-40 west ramp.

The condition of the driver is not known.
