Nearly 60 events celebrating Pride Month in the Tampa Bay area

Celebrate the LGBTQ+ community with these Tampa Bay area Pride events. June is Pride Month, so there are events happening all month long. It culminates in the 20th annual St. Pete Pride Parade, one of the country’s largest Pride parades, on June 25.

ArtOut: Queering the Pandemic: The fifth annual exhibition features artwork created by LGBTQ+ artists and allies that is inspired by experiences during the pandemic. The primary goal of the exhibit is to lift up LGBTQ+ experiences and responses generated by the pandemic: resilience, creativity, suffering, persistence, and more. Love Is Love: Hillsborough County Clerk of Court and Comptroller Cindy Stuart will marry 50 LGBTQ+ couples in the “Love Is Love” community wedding. Participating couples will receive a commemorative marriage certificate before getting the official certificate in the mail a week later. Each couple is limited to four guests. Gulfport Pride: The second annual LGBTQ Resource Center Pride includes the Gulfport Gecko Amalgamated Marching Band, the ArtOut exhibit, vendors showcasing art, Pride gear, services and resources that serve the community. Pride Night with the Rays: Rays fans can show their pride when the Tampa Bay Rays face the Chicago White Sox. A $30 ticket includes a seat for the game and a Rays Pride Hat.
