Nicole Scherzinger is showing off her cheeky side in her latest Instagram dump.

Nicole, 43, posted a couple of bikini pics flaunting a glorious beach and her derrière with the caption, “Have a cheeky week everyone! Wishing you…swipe right to find out🤍”

On the third slide of the IG post, Nicole added a boomerang with the words: “Peace Love Happiness.” The Pussycat Dolls frontwoman’s fans loved the snaps and quickly let her know in the comments!

“Suns out, buns out! 🔥🔥🔥,” wrote one person. Another added, “wow you can’t stop being so perfect can you???” Truth.

Lucky for us mere mortals, Goddess Nicole has offered lots of insight into her wellness routine, including how she keeps her fit physique.

First, she makes sure to mix it up with her workouts. “In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches,” she previously told Women's Health UK. She also loves SoulCycle, yoga, and hiking.


And, Nicole loves to dance. Look no further than the video for PCD’s "React" — a visual experience that is mandatory viewing for any pop culture junkie like myself. The splits alone are mind-boggling.

Dance is more of a lifestyle for Nicole though, and she fits it in throughout her daily routine. Like here, where she does some adorable fancy footwork to Frank Ocean:

And, she squeezes in plenty of R&R on the beach to rest up in between sweat sessions.

As for her diet, Nicole likes to keep things balanced to make sure she’s at the top of her game. She powers up in the a.m. with a breakfast like eggs and toast. Lunch is usually soup or sushi.

In the evenings, she revealed that meals are usually “anything from pasta to rice, meats, and veggies, to sushi.” As for snacks, Nicole also usually sticks to almonds, coconut water, and baby carrots.

While she mostly eats a healthy plant-based diet, she does treat herself from time to time. Nicole loves pasta, pizza, Mexican (with lots of cheese), french fries, and chips, she told Women's Health UK.
