ROLLA, Mo. – Interstate 44 is closed between St. James and Rolla, Missouri. Traffic is at a standstill on the highway. A report says that the interstate is closed from the 197 to 186 mile markers.
It is not clear what caused the highway to close down. There is a dense fog advisory in effect for most of Missouri.
