Eva Longoria can’t be bothered right now—she’s too busy living it up in Mexico. The Desperate Housewives alum just dropped a photo on Instagram of herself lounging in a bikini in Mexico, and wowzer.

In the pic, the 46-year-old actress is casually perched on a hanging chair while working a blue string bikini. Her abs, legs, arms—everything—look super toned as she relaxes. Eva kept the caption simple, writing: “From Mexico, With Love 💙.”

Aaand people completely freaked out in the comments: “Queen ❤️❤️❤️❤️,” one person wrote. “Hot 🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️🙌🙌😍,” said another.

OK, but wow. Wow. Eva didn’t get that level of muscle tone by hanging out in swinging chairs all day, though. Her trainer Grant Roberts previously shared on Instagram that she’s big into lifting. While Grant said that his famous client does “some” cardio, he added that, “Eva looks the way she does because of weight training :)"

Eva has shared Instagram videos of herself doing all kinds of epic strength training moves, including this one, where she does a set of inverted rows using the TRX suspension system like it’s NBD:

But Eva doesn’t just lift weights. She also throws some yoga into the mix, something she did regularly when she was pregnant with her son, Santiago. “I did yoga every day with my doula while I was pregnant. It helped me so much with the weight gain and my back,” she previously shared on Instagram.

Of course, Eva eats well, too, and she usually cooks at home. Most mornings, Eva likes to have traditional Mexican dishes like chilaquiles (which involves fried tortillas, salsa, and toppings like beans and cheese) and huevos rancheros, she previously told Women’s Health. Lunch doesn’t usually happen until four or five in the afternoon, and might be homemade pasta or chicken tacos with tomatillo salsa.

Since breakfast and lunch are usually heartier meals, Eva said she likes to opt for something lighter at dinnertime, like soup. “Usually, we’ve just finished lunch at like six and it’s like 9:30 by the time we eat dinner and we’re going to go to bed soon,” she explained.

Pass the chicken tacos.
