  • Kate Beckinsale, 48, just revealed her long, lean legs in a brand new Instagram Story.

  • The actress showed off her model walk while rocking a black minidress and matching platform heels.

  • Kate's go-tos in the gym include battle ropes, hanging leg raises, and lots of cardio (rowing is one of her faves).

Kate Beckinsale is no stranger to the runway, and it seems her cat is following in her footsteps.

The actress and model posted an Instagram Story of her and her kitten Clive strutting their stuff down a hallway and it is the definition of cat lady #goals. Kate is serving 60s glamor in a black Rebecca Vallance mini dress with cutouts and little bows on the chest.

She pairs this with a high voluminous pony and some shiny black platform heels. I die for this is exactly the sort of Holly Golightly 2.0 look I’ve been aspiring to my whole life.

Kate’s leggy look should come as no surprise. The 48-year-old goes hard in the gym, and the results are crystal clear.

Last year, she posted all sorts of hardcore workouts to the ‘gram including hanging leg raises and battle rope work, followed by an intense stretch session with trainer Brad Siskind, who works at Gunnar Peterson's gym. Kardashian fans like myself will be familiar with Gunnar.

Kate told Women’s Health she does at least six mornings a week in the gym with Siskind.

“The whole hour is work,” he told WH. And Gunnar told Us Weekly that Kate is “definitely up there among my hardest workers. I mean every single day is push, push, push.”

You can really see that in her videos! Here she is kicking the sh*t out of a kickboxing bag:

Kate shared the entire workout breakdown with Women’s Health. She starts with eight compound exercises that each work two muscle groups simultaneously—such as a biceps curl as she squats or sit-ups with combination punches. After that, she starts on cardio intervals, like rowing or the VersaClimber.

Kate starts the set over again, with heavier weights, added bands, and faster reps. She finishes with another cardio interval and *phew* I’m sweating just writing it all out! The girl is a beast.

As for her diet, Kate makes sure she stays nourished with protein like chicken or eggs, salads with radishes, brussels sprouts, and safflower oil; salmon; and the occasional handful of potato chips.

She also loves to treat herself with fries. A girl after my own heart.
