The 49ers have been able to sustain success since general manager John Lynch and head coach Kyle Shanahan arrived in part because of their success in the NFL draft.
Some shrewd trades and free agency additions have helped, to be sure, but the backbone of the team and some of their key role players have come via the draft.
Their 2023 draft will be another big one as they look to add depth and perhaps some long-term starters with their 11 selections.
We ran back through the six drafts since Shanahan and Lynch took over and sorted every pick by round. There are a lot of blast from the past names here!
