Five Arizona restaurants made OpenTable's list of top 100 restaurants of 2022, with four in metro Phoenix and one in Sedona. The top 100 restaurants list is compiled based on more than 13 million reviews from diners who booked reservations using OpenTable, making the list uniquely curated by everyday diners.

Steak and seafood were popular in Arizona this year, making up three of the five top restaurants in the state. Dominick's Steakhouse and Ocean 44 in Scottsdale and Steak 44 in Phoenix were all given 4.9 out of 5 stars on the app's rating system.

The Henry, a contemporary American restaurant in Phoenix, was rated 4.7 stars. One diner commented that the restaurant's French dip was the best.

In Sedona, the romantic, Latin-inspired restaurant Mariposa made the list with 4.7 stars.

The star ratings are averaged from four categories: food, service, ambience and value.

Last year, four Valley restaurants made OpenTable's list, including Dominick's Steakhouse, Ocean 44 and Steak 44.
