In testing, we found this ultra-compact tool to be a solid investment despite its low price. While it does scratch and smudge easily and struggled to accurately weigh some irregularly shaped items (like Kiwano melon, for instance), it's a budget-friendly choice for those looking for basic measurement or support in their dietary goals for the new year.

This goo will last for a few weeks with heavy use, just keep in mind, it'll start to look and feel like snot over time, and it'll fall apart if you run it under water. Still, this is one of those weird gems on Amazon that's absolutely worth a shot.
