5-Year-Old Grazed By Bullet In Southwest Baltimore, Police Say

A five-year-old was shot in a west Baltimore home late Saturday night after a bullet went through a window into the home, grazing the child's arm, police say.

- Back in West Baltimore today as they investigate a shooting that injured a five-year-old boy. Police say it happened just after 10:00 last night along Wilkins Avenue near South Smallwood Street. The boy was at home when a bullet came through the window and grazed his arm. He was taken to the hospital for treatment. Should be OK. Mayor Brandon Scott reacted on Twitter, writing in part, "Somebody knows and needs to say something. Conflicts do not have to end in gunfire. We can and must be better."
