I-5 in Sacramento reopens hours after road rage shooting, CHP says

All southbound lanes of Interstate 5 in Sacramento have reopened after a road rage shooting that injured one person, the California Highway Patrol said. According to CHP, the road rage began around 2:15 p.m. on Interstate 80 at Watt Avenue, nearly ten miles away from the shooting scene. That is when officers started getting calls from people about it.
