Antonio Brown is nearing his return to the NFL, and teams are positioning themselves to make their case for the Pro Bowl wide receiver.

The NFL suspended Brown for eight games without pay for multiple violations of the league’s personal conduct policy in July. His suspension is eligible to end after Week 8.

Among the myriad of accusations is one surrounding sexual misconduct by an artist working in his home three years ago. In June, Brown pleaded no contest to a charge of felony burglary with battery and two misdemeanor charges connected to a moving truck company mele at his Hollywood, Fla. in January.

According to sources of NFL senior writer Adam Schefter, the NFL investigation into the lawsuit filed by Brown’s former training remains open alleging sexual assault.
