His first win came at New Hampshire late in the 2007 season, and final victory came at Michigan back in 2018.

Bowyer raced for four Cup teams during his career

Bowyer got his start with Richard Childress Racing in 2005, and stayed with RCR until the end of the 2011 season. After that, he joined the now defunct Michael Waltrip Racing team, where he won three times from 2012-15.

He famously had to pay off a lost bet last season when the Chiefs lost to the Bucs in the Super Bowl, and was forced to wear a Bucs' jersey during a broadcast.

Bowyer and Jeff Gordon fought at Phoenix

Yep, everyone remembers the infamous Phoenix incident.

During a 2012 race, Bowyer and Gordon traded blows on the track with both eventually wrecking each other out of the race.

A few minutes later, Bowyer went sprinting through the garage area searching for Gordon's hauler. When he finally found it, a NASCAR official was there to restrain him.

Bowyer's crew chief Brian Pattie was fined $35,000 for the incident after he voiced his displeasure with Gordon, using a profanity on TV and forcing ESPN to issue an apology.

Bowyer has been on Duck Dynasty

Back in 2012, Bowyer made an appearance on the ultra-popular show in an episode titled "Drag Me To Glory".

He made a cameo in the episode using his customized camouflage limousine in a race with show-star, Willie Robertson, who was using a similar limousine.
