May 20—Here's your sign

Grammy Award-nominated comedian Bill Engvall brings his "Here's Your Sign 'It's Finally Time' Farewell Tour" to The Palace Theatre for shows at 6 and 9 p.m. Friday.

The tour takes its name from Engvall's 1996 platinum debut album, "Here's Your Sign," based on a routine in which Engvall said certain people should be handed a sign saying, "I'm stupid," in response to obviously dumb questions or actions.

In addition to his stand-up tours, Engvall has appeared on television and in movies. In 1992, he won the American Comedy Award for Best Male Stand-Up Comedian. With Jeff Foxworthy, Ron White and Larry the Cable Guy, he was part of the popular Blue Collar Comedy Tour.

Tickets for Engvall's shows at The Palace, 23 W. Otterman St., are $38-$98. To reserve, call 724-836-8000 or visit thepalacetheatre.org.
