  • Jennifer Lopez closed the Versace's 2020 Spring Show at Milan Fashion week wearing a dress similar to the iconic green, plunging gown she debuted at the Grammy's in 2020.

  • Twitter was delighted to see the 50-year-old bride-t0-be and Hustlers star absolutely dominate the runway.

Nearly 20 years ago, Jennifer Lopez stepped out in a sheer, barely-there, navel-baring Versace dress at the 42nd Annual Grammy Awards, and the moment instantly went down in history. She didn't exactly break the Internet that night in 2000, but she eventually did: J.Lo and that gown are the reason why Google Image search exists.

"At the time, it was the most popular search query we had ever seen. But we had no sure-fire way of getting users exactly what they wanted: JLo wearing that dress. Google Image Search was born," Google's former executive chairman, Eric Schmidt, said in 2015.

Now, at 50, Jennifer Lopez wore the dress to close the jungle-themed Versace Spring 2020 runway show at Milan Fashion Week. Okay, technically it's a re-imagined version, but it looks quite similar—and it's clear J.Lo hasn't really changed any more than the plunging garment has.

According to WWD, when the models were done strutting, a voiceover of Versace came on, prompting Google to reveal photos of that emerald dress to the crowd. Pictures took over the screens as Versace’s disembodied voice asked to see the dress in person. Cue Lopez, in all her sashaying glory, entering the runway. Just when we thought it couldn't get any more epic than her Hustlers pole dancing scene, we were been gifted with this.

Of course, Twitter erupted in a collective bowing down. Even Ava Duvernay shared her approval, tweeting "You better work, walk and wow ‘em, Lady! Yessssss!"

Another fan noted that she's "literally the most beautiful woman on Earth." Jason, we don't know who are, but we can't disagree.

Green goddess Jennifer Lopez, we salute you.
