Actress Heather Graham, 51, has been looking super fit during her summer trip to Italy. The actress showed off her incredibly toned body while sightseeing in a recent Instagram post. One photo shows her standing confidently in a colorful alley way. She accessorizes her white minidress with a big hat and sunglasses. It's a combo that's become a staple for her summer wardrobe, and I am totally obsessed!

Also worth obsessing over? Heather's sculpted legs. In her post, she highlights the stunning views on the streets of Italy. She captioned the post "Wandering," and although the vistas are beautiful, I can’t help but wonder how she keeps so fit while traveling the world.

You don't have to ponder long, though. Heather has dropped all the intel on her fave workouts over the years.

In a previous interview with Refinery 29, Heather shared all about her love of yoga, which explains those strong legs appearing in all her pics. "I’m obsessed with yoga," she told the publication. "For fun, I would go on a yoga retreat and do four hours of yoga a day. And then I do Pilates. I also like going out dancing."

Plus, the star is all about hydrating her stems, and her skin all over. "I like moisturizing a lot—my whole body, my face. I use this inexpensive Body Shop Nourishing Night Cream, and sometimes I’ll use Crème de la Mer."

Another tool in Heather's healthy arsenal is her strict diet. The Austin Powers star admits she’s become a person who says, "I’m not gonna eat white flour and I’m not gonna eat sugar." Graham told Refinery 29 in 2013 that cutting out carbs has also helped her feel better. To replace these foods, she shares that she makes a really good salad including kale, chopped raw brussel sprouts, and toasted almonds. (yum!)

It's not just about appearance, though. Heather’s super focused on fueling her body to "feel healthy." To that I say, Ciao Bella!
