51-year-old Knoxville man shot and killed in the Old City
Christopher Hill, 51, of Knoxville, was shot and killed Dec. 13 just south of Magnolia Avenue in the Old City, a Knoxville Police Department spokesperson said in a press release.
The suspect has not been arrested.
Around 3:20 p.m., officers responded to a call about a shooting with a victim at 218 E. Depot Ave. Officers found Hill next to a box truck with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene, the release said.
Police said evidence strongly suggests the shooting was targeted, the release said.
