Farm-fresh Michigan apple delivery — Similar to the popular "Peach Truck" in the summer, The Apple Truck is making stops in Louisville and Southern Indiana later this month. Porcini is led by the same head chef from when the place opened in 1992, practically unheard of in the industry. A throwback specials menu was just launched for the restaurant's 30th anniversary, or you can order fan-favorite dishes like beef tenderloin filet with gnocchi, shrimp and risotto, and veal chop.
