Here are the latest rankings of Illinois high school girls and boys basketball teams in each class, according to an Associated Press panel of sportswriters:

These are the girls prep polls with rank, team, first-place votes, record, total points and previous ranking. The AP noted this is the final girls poll for the 2022-23 season.
