Kick off your weekend at Camp North End with live music from Wake Moody and XOXOK. Make sure to visit NoDa Company Canteen for drinks and the Camp North End food stalls for dinner.
Saturday, June 24
5-Year Birthday Bash at Brewers at 4001 Yancey
Location: Brewers at 4001 Yancey, 4001-A Yancey Road, Charlotte, NC 28217
Time: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Cost: Free
There will be a lot going on at this birthday bash, including brewery tours, a special tapping of CLT Brew’d (with $5 pints), a dunk tank, live music, giant beer pong, cornhole, pull putt and more.

Sunday, June 25
Location: Mint Museum Randolph, 2730 Randolph Road, Charlotte, NC 28207
Time: 1 to 5 p.m.
Cost: Free
The last Sunday of the month, Mint Museum Randolph hosts Party in the Park, which includes free museum admission, live music and a cash bar on the front terrace. At this installment of Party in the Park, outdoor sketching kits will be available.
Monday, June 26
Hornets Venom GT – Live NBA2K Event
Location: Spectrum Center, 333 E Trade Street, Charlotte, NC
Time: Doors open at 5 p.m., and the game starts at 6 p.m.
Cost: Free, but tickets are required
Hornets Venom GT is an esports team of professional video game players. The team is part of NBA 2K League, which is a joint venture between the NBA and Take-Two Interactive. The league includes 25 teams, which, as 5-player teams, compete in NBA 2K, a basketball video game. Each player is represented by a custom avatar.
Normally, the games are streamed for fans to watch virtually, but this will be a live event in the main lobby of the Spectrum Center. The first 200 fans will receive Hornets Venom GT mini-pennants.
Tuesday, June 27
Location: Protagonist LoSo, 227 Southside Drive, Charlotte, NC, 28217
Time: 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Cost: Free
QC Socialites and Urban Adventurers host a board game night every other week at Protagonist LoSo. Come by and learn a new game or show off your skills at your favorite game.
Wednesday, June 28
Location: Tate Recital Hall, in Overcash Building on CPCC Main Campus, 1206 Elizabeth Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28204
Time: 7 p.m.
Cost: Free, but tickets are required
Opera Carolina is partnering with the International Lyric Academy to bring more than 100 emerging singers and musicians from around the globe to Charlotte for three weeks, followed by two weeks in Vicenza, Italy.
While in Charlotte, these artists will be receiving immersive mentorship and will also be performing for the Charlotte community in the International Lyric Academy Festival. Florilegium is a free event that’s part of the festival and that highlights emerging artists.
Thursday, June 29
Garden Night at Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden
Location: 6500 South New Hope Road, Belmont, NC 28012
Time: 4 to 9 p.m.
Cost: Free
On select Thursday evenings, Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden is offering free admission. Drinks will be available from the garden’s bars to enjoy while you stroll around. Katie Oates will be providing musical entertainment on the Visitor Pavilian Terrace, and the Nacho Business food truck will be on hand for nourishment.
